Saint Augustine Engagement Session in Downtown

Looking for more than just pretty couples photos of a Downtown St. Augustine engagement session?! Then you have come to the right place! Sarah and Thomas' session is a great example of how true connection shines over posed photos. For their photos is was really important to capture their relationship in a way that felt truly them. With a few games and space to interact, these two really got comfortable and laughed away the nerves.

Living only a short drive from the Downtown area, this location was the perfect place to explore and capture the unique architecture the St. Augustine culture has to offer. We narrowed down two main locations, maximized time taking photos in between locations and made sure to bring a clear bubble umbrella in case of the inevitable Florida summer rain.

First Date: Sarah and Thomas shared their first date at the Chop Steakhouse before his fraternity "champagne & shackles" event. She was under the impression they were going to dinner with a group of people, but nope! It was just the two of them. They met by means of mutual friends and when she asked him to be her New Years date in 2020, the two became inseparable.

Their 2025 wedding will be held at the gorgeous Barn At Cottonwood Ranch in early May. Just image the neutral colors, pink, gold, pampas, with greenery all around as they say "I do" in one of North Florida's most unique wedding venues. I can't wait to meet their family and friends and continue to capture the start of this beautiful love story!
